It's been discussed several times but seeing they are looking into closing down the AVP2 servers and the puny playerbase that is left we are thinking of going into a new game.
I talked a bit with DR and i present quakewars to thee.
Maybe some of you are familiar with the old enemy territory.
But anyways Quakewars is going to be released in June.
It's a game that will offer various gametypes ,mainly their going for objective based gameplay like in the old enemy territory.
Bassicly it's about two factions duking it out on earth , the alien race Strogg, wich seek to wipe out humanity and to assimilate them into their army.

Both factions are very diffrent in terms of play ,the GDF use conventional weapons where Strogg use all sorts of weird and sick weaponry. Both factions have diffrent classes with their own weaponry and function.

I have also been looking into AVP mods for existing games but could only find a outdated Quake 3 mod that isn't supported and a AVP mod for BF but it's dead too.
