You are all lucky people! This has been solved!
So, what is everything?
So firs you have to create that long folder (yes, it must be so long) from character to character exactly, then copy the .dat files into that folder (into the end of it, into the DM folder). Then if you like to use them, you have to use a command line parameter when the game starts (at every starts!). This is not as easy as it seems, because when you start the AvP2.exe, that is not the main exe, and it starts a new one, the lithtech.exe, so you'r parameters are lost. But thanks for TutonicMonkey there is a way to bypass this: you can specify the command line parameters in the AvP2.exe (before the game starts) in it's options menu (so don't use the shortcut's properties to do this). Sadly the command line parameter have to separated from the main run command, and this great tool won't do this instead of you, so you have to let a space before the -rez maps.
And a new thing:
If you use GameSpy, it starts the lithtech.exe instead of the AvP2.exe, so you'r trick don't works any longer, but there is a way to do the same with the GameSpy: Start it, right click into the AvP2 icon, options..., advanced options (button), and do the same (type: -rez maps). Fortunately this can be add the space for you, but it can accept the par. with the space too.
You can use a map pack what do this instead of you, but this is necessary and there is a chance, that you'r maps will not works with gamespy. And this helps only for use maps what you have. If this don't works, check that you realy have that map in the right folder, than check again that it's realy that map, or just such like that! Then try with another .dat map file.
Oh, and just post the thank here! Thanks for them!
So, let the hunt begin!

1. On your computer go here
C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens vs. Predator 2
2. Do you see a maps folder? If not create one w/ these sub folders:
Maps\worlds\multi\DM
3. When your done open the DM folder:
You should be here then:
C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens vs. Predator 2\Maps\worlds\multi\DM
4. MOVE the .DAT file from the "level" folder you downloaded to the DM folder you just made\have.
5. Start AVP2 - When the pop up window opens (with the queen on it) click OPTIONS
6. CHECK the command line box. On your command line put this:
---------------
-rez maps
---------------
Be sure to space it correctly - there are 2 spaces
if a space = S then:
S-rezSmaps
-------------------------------------------------------
*To install more DAT files simply move them in the DM folder.
*If you have a map pack installed: Put this map in the DM folder.
